How to avoid your calls being marked as "Scam Likely"

To avoid calls from GAIL were being labeled as "Scam Likely" please  email gailsupport@lula.com, or your Onboarding Concierge, with the following information:

Email Subject Line: Scam Likely Business Info

  • Your company’s EIN
  • Your legal entity business name
  • Your business address
  • Two points of contact for your business

 

We're actively working on having this information requested on your Settings page so that you could update as needed, but for now please follow the steps above.
