Confirming Coverages 

Confirming coverages is a crucial task for insurance agencies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for their clients. Coverages are specified for GAIL to be able to provide your customers with a "Yes" or "No" when asked questions such as, "Does your agency offer homeowners insurance?"

Below you can find a step-by-step guide to confirming the coverages you offer:

  1. Accessing the Knowledge Tab:
    1. Start by logging in to your account on our platform.
    2. Once logged in, locate and click on the "Knowledge" tab in the sidebar menu positioned on the left-hand side of your page.
  2. Navigating to Confirm Coverages:
    1. Upon clicking on the Knowledge tab, you'll be directed to a page where you'll see various drop-down menus.
    2. Look for the drop-down menu labeled "Confirm Coverages" and click on it.
  3. Selecting Coverage Categories:
    1. In the "Confirm Coverages" drop-down menu, you'll find three different categories: Personal, Commercial, and Other.
    2. Click on each category to view the available coverages within that category.
  4. Selecting Coverages:
    1. Within each category, you'll see a list of checkboxes representing different types of coverages offered by your agency.
    2. Review the list and select all the checkboxes that apply to the coverages your agency offers to clients.
    3. Ensure to select all relevant coverages to provide comprehensive information to your clients.
  5. Saving Coverages:
    1. After selecting the appropriate coverages for each category, locate the orange button labeled "Save Coverages" and click on it.
    2. It's essential to click this button to save your selections. Without saving, any changes made will be lost.
  6. Refreshing the Page (Optional):
    1. To confirm that your coverages have been saved successfully, you may choose to refresh the page.
    2. After refreshing, navigate back to the "Confirm Coverages" drop-down menu to ensure that your selections are still visible.
