Creating a Campaign

Campaigns in our platform enable you to have GAIL conduct outbound calls on behalf of your agency for a variety of use cases such as qualifying  a list of leads or letting your customers know about a change in your business operations.

Below is a step-by-step guide to understanding and starting a new campaign:

4. Click "Renewal Confirmation"


5. Select or Import your Contact(s)



6. Click "Create Campaign"
