 Features:

Multiple Contact Numbers:

  •   Add and manage multiple phone numbers for a single contact.

Custom Fields:

  • Create new fields for additional contact information.
  • Use custom fields dynamically in scripts.

Steps to Manage Contacts Effectively:

  1. Navigate to the "Contacts" page.
  2. To add multiple numbers:
    1. Open a contact and click "Add Number."

    2. Choose the type (e.g., mobile, home, work) and enter the number.

    3. Save the contact.

  3. To create custom fields:
    1. Click "Add Custom Field" and name it (e.g., "Policy ID").

    2. Save the field. It will now appear in the contact profile and be available for scripts.

  4. Use dynamic fields in scripts by inserting placeholders (e.g., ).
