A: It's an AI assistant with advanced natural language capabilities. It can understand documents, interpret context, and respond to complex questions, not just scripted flows.

Q: Can I trust the answers GailGPT gives me?

A: Yes—especially when it's trained on your company's own documents. But Gail is continuing to learn, and we always recommend a review of its work.

Q: What kind of tasks can GailGPT help with?

A: It can summarize documents, provide fresh perspectives, guide users through workflows, assist in communications, interpret financial products, and more.

Q: Who trained GailGPT?

A: GailGPT is built by and developed by the team over at Gail.

Q: What industries is GailGPT designed for?

A: Gail was designed to support the Financial Services industry, and empowers professionals working in finance, banking, insurance and more.

Q: Does GailGPT know everything about our company?

A: While Gail may know some information regarding your business through publicly available information, it will not know everything on day 1. As such, we recommend that you converse with Gail so it may learn more.

Q: Is GailGPT connected to the internet?

A: No, it doesn't pull from the open internet. It uses curated knowledge, internal data, and documents you've uploaded.

Q: What kind of data powers GailGPT?

A: Company documentation, SOPs, underwriting guidelines, product sheets, internal knowledge bases, regulatory data and more.

Q: How do I start a conversation with GailGPT?

A: Just start typing a question like you would with a human. No special formatting needed.

Q: Do I have to use specific prompts or keywords?

A: No, GailGPT understands natural language.

Q: Can I ask it follow-up questions?

A: Yes, it understands context and follow-up questions.

Q: What's the best way to phrase my question?

A: Clearly and specifically. Example: "Summarize the claims policy for commercial auto coverage."

Q: Can I copy-paste in long emails or documents?

A: Yes. GailGPT can analyze and respond to pasted text or uploaded documents.

Q: Can I chat with GailGPT via voice?

A: Not at this moment, but soon.

Q: Can I upload files for GailGPT to read?

A: Yes. You can upload PDFs, PNGs, JPGs, PDFs and more.

Q: What file formats can GailGPT read?

A: Most standard business formats: PDF, .CSV.

Q: What format does Gail not support today?

A: Gail currently does not support .docx, .txt, or .xls

Q: How do I upload a document to GailGPT?

A: Use the upload button (paperclip icon or as instructed by your interface).

Q: Where do I see my uploaded documents?

A: Uploaded documents can be found within conversations that involved specific documents.

Q: Can GailGPT remember what I uploaded before?

A: Only during the current conversation. Long term memory is coming soon.

Q: How long does GailGPT keep my files?

A: Gail stores uploaded documents for the lifetime that the conversation is stored. Deletion of conversation history must be requested to support@meetGail.com.

Q: Can I delete a file after uploading?

A: Not at this moment.

Q: Is it safe to upload sensitive documents?

A: Yes. GailGPT runs in secure, enterprise-grade environments with data isolation.

Q: Why isn't GailGPT understanding my document?

A: It might be a scan, corrupt, too long, or poorly formatted. Try re-uploading or splitting the content.

Q: Can I upload multiple files at once?

A: Yes, as long as they are less than 5mb.

Q: How big can the file be?

A: 5mb is the current limit.

Q: Can GailGPT summarize documents for me?

A: Yes. Upload the file and ask, "Can you summarize this?"

Q: Gail just stopped responding. Why?

A: Gail may have paused or stopped responding for a few reasons. This could include uploading a file that is too large or in an unsupported format. If this happens, try sending another message to re-engage the assistant.

Q: Can GailGPT make phone calls or send emails?

A: Not directly. It can draft responses or messages that you can send.

Q: Will it write emails for me?

A: Yes, it can draft templates, responses, and summaries.

Q: Can it do math or calculations?

A: Yes.

Q: Can it give financial advice?

A: While Gail may provide a different perspective, we recommend against using Gail to make financial decisions.

Q: Can it handle very long documents?

A: Yes, but current restrictions do limit file uploads to 5mb.

Q: Can GailGPT analyze spreadsheets?

A: Yes, especially structured .csv files.

Q: Can it create charts or visuals?

A: Yes, but in somewhat a limited capacity.

Q: What can't GailGPT do?

A: It can't make decisions for you, access private tools without integration, or perform real-time transactions.

Q: Can it make decisions for me?

A: No, but it can guide and support decision-making, while providing a different perspective.

Q: What happens when GailGPT doesn't know something?

A: It will say so clearly and may recommend next steps or ask for more info.

Q: Can GailGPT fill out forms or generate documents?

A: No and yes. Gail will not fill out a form at this moment, but will assist with drafting structured responses based on your data, and generating templates for documents.

Q: Where is GailGPT getting its information?

A: From a combination of sources, that may include previous conversations and documents that have been uploaded.

Q: What if GailGPT gives me the wrong answer?

A: Gail is still learning and can make mistakes. We always suggest reviewing Gails work. In instances where an error was made, you can flag incorrect answers to your admin or retrain GailGPT by providing the correct information.

Q: Can GailGPT cite sources?

A: Yes, when the data comes from uploaded or structured documents, it can reference the source.

Q: Can I ask GailGPT to double-check something?

A: Yes. You can ask it to confirm or rephrase responses.

Q: Why did GailGPT make up a source or number?

A: This may happen if it lacks context or hasn't been trained on a relevant source. Flag it for correction.

Q: Can I see the confidence level of its response?

A: Not directly, but you can ask Gail to give you its confidence level.

Q: Does GailGPT hallucinate?

A: Gail is still learning and can make the occasional mistake. We always suggest reviewing Gail's work, and ask that you flag errors by sending a note to support@meetGail.com.

Q: Why did it repeat itself?

A: This can occur with long or unclear inputs. Try rephrasing.

Q: Is there human review?

A: GailGPT is AI-led but your company can set up QA workflows or audit trails.

Q: Can GailGPT answer questions about our internal processes?

Q: How often is the knowledge base updated?

A: Overall updates to Gail are made on a weekly basis.

Q: Who uploads our company-specific content?

A: Usually your internal admin or the Gail onboarding team. Individual users can upload specific information into their individual Gail accounts as well.

Q: Can GailGPT tell the difference between company-specific and general info?

A: Yes. Its responses are contextual to the environment it's trained on.

Q: How do I request content to be added to GailGPT?

A: Submit a ticket or notify your team admin responsible for AI training.

Q: Why didn't it recognize our internal terminology?

A: That term may not be in the training set. Submit it for inclusion.

Q: How do I report a knowledge gap?

A: Notify your internal Gail support lead, or send a message to support@meetGail.com.

Q: How do I train Gail on my business?

A: To train Gail on your business, click on "Create Gail" in the top right corner of the "Gails" section. Upload the desired knowledge into the "What do you want this Gail to do?" field.

Q: What if I accidentally give GailGPT bad data?

A: Inform your admin. Bad inputs can be removed and the model retrained or adjusted.

Q: Who has access to GailGPT in our company?

A: That depends on your role and how access is assigned.

Q: Can I control who sees my chat history?

A: Chats are private unless audit logging is required by compliance or Admin.

Q: Can managers view my conversations with GailGPT?

A: Company admins have access to conversation logs.

Q: Is there an admin dashboard?

A: Yes. Admins have tools to manage users, and permissions.

Q: Can GailGPT act differently based on my role?

A: Yes. Role-based behavior is configurable.

Q: How do I know it's using the right company context?

A: You'll usually see this in the phrasing or source references in answers.

Q: Can I create a custom version of GailGPT for my team?

A: Yes. You can create tailored workflows, intents, and knowledge domains.

A: To some extent—via role-based views, data access, or prompt tuning.

Q: How do I change Gail's way of answering?

A: You can adjust Gail's tone and style of response by opening the Gail library, selecting the specific Gail you'd like to modify, and navigating to the Persona tab. From there, you can fine-tune how Gail communicates. For even more granular control, use the Prompt section under the Abilities tab in the advanced settings.

Q: Can I change Gail's default language?

A: Yes. Gails primary language can be changed within the settings section.

Q: Can I request a custom skill or feature in GailGPT?

A: Yes. Click on an individual Gail within your Gail library, and open up "Advanced Settings". You may add new skills under the "Abilities" tab.

Q: Can my team share documents with GailGPT collaboratively?

A: Not at this moment.

Q: Does GailGPT track what I'm doing?

A: Only within your portal.

Q: How do I report a privacy concern?
