1. Navigate to https://gail.lula.com/scripts/details/inbound
2. Click "Scripts"
3. Click this field.
4. Type in your goals for this script, then Click "Generate"
5. Double-click this field.
6. Type in your Agency name.
7. Click "Add FAQ"
8. Click the "Add Your FAQ Question" field.
9. Type in your question (ex. "What are your operating hours?")
10. Click the "Add Your FAQ Answer" field.
11. Type in the answer to your FAQ.
12. Click "Try It Out."
13. Then, when you're satisfied with what the Script is like, Click "Update Script."
