How to set up notifications from GAIL

Here's a step-by-step guide on how to get notified via email of calls from GAIL:

 

  1. Log into GAIL Click on "GAIL Brain" (left side of screen)
  2. Click on "GAIL Receptionist" (first of the 3 dropdowns)
    • Once in the GAIL Receptionist, in the "Email Contacts" area, input the email that you would like to have notifications sent to
    • Once you have typed the email in, select "Notifications" from the drop down that is right next to the text box.
    • Now you can click on "Save email"
  3. Once all of this has been completed, you will be able to receive email notifications of calls from GAIL
