The Receptionist Page allows you to customize how GAIL handles inbound calls, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Below are the key settings you can configure:

1. Set Up GAIL Inbound Conversation Scripting

Define how GAIL should handle incoming calls by setting up conversation scripts. This helps guide interactions and ensures consistent responses based on your business needs.

2. Select Voice

Choose the voice that will represent GAIL when answering calls. You can press Play to preview different options and pick the one that best matches your brand’s tone and personality.

3. Name Your GAIL

Give your GAIL a name to personalize interactions. This name will be used in conversations to create a more natural and engaging caller experience.

4. Edit the Greeting

Customize the first thing callers hear when they connect with GAIL. A friendly and informative greeting sets the tone and helps guide the conversation. Keep in mind that whatever you write in the greeting is exactly how GAIL will say it.

5. Configure Use Cases

Determine how GAIL handles different types of calls by setting up use cases. Click Edit to modify actions based on specific customer needs, such as appointment scheduling, call routing, or answering FAQs
