Receptionist - Transfer Hub

Using the Transfer Hub is an optional tool for call transfers. This is where you can add transfer rules for contacts in your Directory.  This page is designed to help direct calls to individuals or departments within your Directory based on who’s calling, what they’re calling about, where they’re calling from, and what time they’re calling.  Adding Transfer Rules is not necessary unless you want to add certain conditions for transfers.
