Choose the voice that will represent GAIL in calls. You can pick a tone that fits your brand, making interactions feel natural and professional. To help you decide, you can press Play on each voice option to hear a preview and select the one that fits you best.

2. Enable Multiple Languages

If you need GAIL to handle conversations in more than one language, enable this setting. Note that the selected voice must support bilingual functionality.

3. Verify Your Organization

Verifying your business ensures that your calls are recognized as legitimate, reducing the chances of them being marked as spam. This step builds trust with customers and improves call delivery.

4. Provide Legal Entity Information

Link GAIL to your business by adding details, such as your company name and registration information. This ensures compliance and proper identification when making calls.

5. Set Up a Custom Outbound Number (Call Masking)

Use this feature to display a specific phone number when GAIL makes outbound calls. This helps maintain brand consistency and ensures customers see a recognizable number.

6. Complete Organization Details

Enter all necessary business details in this section. This information remains private and will not be shared with clients.

7. Set Up GAIL Notifications

Decide to what email you want to receive call notifications to keep you up with GAIL's activity

8. Configure User Access

Invite team members to your GAIL portal and manage their access levels. This allows your team to collaborate efficiently while maintaining control over permissions.
