Setup your GAIL Receptionist

In this section you’ll be able to view important call metrics once you’ve activated GAIL. You’ll also be able to build your team directory for call transfers, individual, and department contact information to provide your customers with. Most importantly, you will see an orange button that says ‘Receptionist Setup.’ Click there and allow GAIL to walk you through the process.

1. Navigate to https://gail.lula.com/customizations/receptionist

2. View your Receptionist Dashboard

 

 

3. Click "Receptionist Setup"

 

 

4. Use GAIL Smart Setup. In order to verify your business info, your Agency Details on your 'Settings' page must first be properly filled out

 

 

5. Select all coverages offered

The FAQs provided in this section pertain specifically to your agency. Here, you should consider the most common inquiries your agency receives on a day-to-day basis, encompassing support, billing, policies, quotes, operating hours, location details, and more. The distinction between the questions included here and those within your individual scripts lies in their general nature here, whereas the script-specific FAQs are tailored to each particular scenario.

When brainstorming questions to include in this section, focus on those that you would want GAIL to confidently address, whether it’s handling inbound support calls or making outbound calls for outreach campaigns. This section guides GAIL on the questions she should be prepared to answer regarding your agency's processes, irrespective of the call's nature (sales or service/support).
