How to Find if a Callback Has Been Scheduled
Here's a step-by-step guide to help you find out if a callback has been scheduled:
Log into the Portal:
- Visit our portal's login page using your web browser.
- Enter your credentials (username and password) to access your account dashboard.
Navigate to the Calls Page:
- Once logged in, locate the navigation menu. This is typically found on the left-hand side of the dashboard.
- Click on the "Calls" option. This will take you to a page displaying GAIL's recent call activities.
Review Calls Displayed:
- On the Calls page, you will see a list of your recent calls, displayed either as a list
- Each call will be listed individually, showing relevant information such as the date, time, and caller details.
- Select a Call
Check Transcripts or Listen to Audio:
To determine if a callback has been scheduled for a specific call, you have two options:
- Transcripts: Some calls may have transcripts available. You can read through the transcripts to see if there's any mention of a callback being scheduled. Look for phrases like "scheduled callback" or any indication of future contact arrangements.
- Audio Conversation: If transcripts are not available or if you prefer to listen, click on the call you're interested in. This will usually open a playback interface where you can listen to the audio recording of the conversation. Listen carefully for any mention of scheduling a callback during the call
Future Improvements: We acknowledge that the current process may not be the most efficient for our users. Rest assured, we are actively working on implementing improvements. Soon, our system will be updated to automatically notify you when a callback has been scheduled. This will streamline the process and provide a more seamless experience.
