Steps to Create a New Campaign
Step 1: Set the Campaign Details
- Enter the Campaign Name
- Add a Campaign Description to help identify and differentiate the campaign internally.
Step 2: Assign Sequences and Redialing Rules
- Add one or more Sequences to the campaign.
- Sequences include scripts associated with specific criteria, such as:
Customers with last names greater than "W" or less than "C."
- Sequences include scripts associated with specific criteria, such as:
- I f no criteria are set, only one default sequence can be used.
- Add redialing rules and connect them to your sequences.
- You can have multiple sequences under a single redialing rule.
Step 3: Set Up Contact Lists
- Link the campaign to a Contact list
- All campaigns must be based on a contact list.
- Add contacts to the list from the Contacts page.
- Any new contacts added to the list will automatically be included in the active campaign, eliminating the need to manually update the campaign.
Step 4: Review and Finalize
- Ensure that all details, sequences, redialing rules, and contact lists are correctly configured.
- Launch the campaign when ready.
